changing bodies. The skin, as the most external layer of our body is in direct contact with the
outside world. In connecting the skin to an external surface like paper or fabric, paint allows for
the instantaneous recording of a unique and irreproducible image; an image that may be different
from the real form of our body. An effort in visualizing the complexity of the relationship
between the self and the outside world, which materializes as imagined dots and lines.
